富钾页岩酸浸提钾实验 被引量:2

摘要 针对朝阳地区富钾页岩进行酸浸提钾的实验研究。在适宜的条件下对富钾页岩进行焙烧预处理,对焙烧产物进行酸浸提钾的条件实验,确定了适宜的酸浸提钾条件为:液固比为3,硫酸浓度为33.03%,浸出温度为80℃和浸出时间为1h。在此条件下,钾的浸出率可达88.08%。通过XRD分析,初步确定了在酸浸过程中的主要物相变化规律及反应机理。 The experiment of extracting potassium from the potassium-rich shale by sulfuric acid in Chaoyang is completed. First, the potassium-rich shale is roasted in suitable roasting conditions, And then the extracting potassium experiments are done under the suitable extracting conditions, which are as follows: the ratio of liquid-to-solid is 3, concentration of sulfuric acid is 33.03 %, extracting temperature is 8052, and extracting time is 1h. Extracting ratio of potassium of 88.08 % is obtained. Variable law of phase is analyzed by XRD, and then reaction mechanism of extracting potassium by sulfuric acid is determined.
