摘要
本文主要介绍了云南某高氧化率的氧化铜矿使用硫酸进行浸出试验情况。通过对不同磨矿细度、浸出时间、液固比、硫酸用量等一系列浸出试验研究,找到了该氧化铜的最佳浸出条件,即在常温、常压的情况下,采用廉价、来源广泛的硫酸对粒度为-1mm的物料进行浸出,当浸出时间4h,浸出浓度20%(液固比4∶1),料酸比1∶0.4时,可以使得该氧化铜矿的铜浸出率达90%以上。
In this paper, a series of leaching tests on highly oxidized copper ore in Yunnan Province are conducted in the laboratory, such as leaching tests on different grinding meshes, leaching time, the ratio of liquid to solid, the consumption of sulphuric acid, etc. Results of the tests show that the leaching rate of copper reaches more than 90% by means of sulphuric acid under the best conditions which are particle size of - 1mm, the leaching time of 4h, the leaching concentration of 20 %, the ratio of ore to sulphuric acid is 1 : 0.4 at normal temperature and pressure.
