摘要
浮选柱与其他浮选设备相比,具备浮选效率高,作业次数和循环矿量少,流程简化,设备简单,占地面积小,能耗低等的优点,有着广泛的用途和良好的发展前景。目前浮选柱的自动控制还不是很普及,但是实现自动化是浮选柱的一个重要发展趋势。"组态王"软件能快速构造和生成计算机监控系统,通过对现场数据的采集处理,以动画显示、流程控制和趋势曲线等多种方式向用户提供解决实际问题的方案。通过使用"组态王"软件实现浮选柱的充气量的自动调节,能实现浮选柱稳定的运行并获得好的选别效果。本文简要阐述了在浮选过程中影响浮选柱浮选效果的几个主要参数,概括介绍了"组态王"软件的设计方法,通过利用相应的硬件和"组态王"软件实现了浮选柱充气量的自动调节。
Compared with the other flotation equipment, flotation column has a lot of advantage just like high efficiency flotation, less number of Operating frequency and mine circulation, the simplify process, simple equipment, small covering size, low energy consumption, it has a wide range of applications and good prospects for development. Column flotation current control is not velopment of column flotation. "Kingview" software very popular, but automation is the important trends of decan be quickly constructed and generate computer monitoring system, through an on - site data acquisition and processing, animation to show, process control and trend curves in various forms to provide users with solving practical problems. Through the use of "Kingview" to achieve flotation column in automatic adjustment of aeration rate, flotation column can achieve stable operation and get a good selection effect. This paper briefly describes several key parameters of flotation column in flotation process, outlined the " Kingview " software design methods, through the use of the corresponding hardware and the " Kingview " software to achieve flotation column in automatic adjustment of aeration rate.
