摘要
文章对进口922E铲运机所配装的恒压变量柱塞泵不适合国内使用条件进行了分析。提出了用齿轮泵替代的方案,并对替代过程中的可行性进行了分析,给出了齿轮泵及相关元件的选用参数和型号。该文提出的方案在实际应用中获得成功。
The article analyzes that the constant pressure variable piston pump equipment allocated on the imported 922E LHD is not suitable for domestic using conditions. This ariticle puts forword using the gear pump replacement program, and gives an analysis of the feasibility of the alternative course, and furthermore gives the selected parameters and models of the gear pump and its related components. This paper presents the program has been in the practical application and has been proven to be successful.
