浅论设计-施工统包法优势及其实施存在的问题

ELEMENTARY DISSERTATION OF ADVANTAGE AND APPLICATION PROBLEMS OF DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT

本文通过对项目建设的一种传统承包模式"甲乙乙"和一种新型承包模式"设计-施工统包法"的比较,结合传统模式存在的一些弊病,提出并分析设计-施工统包法的优势及目前国内实施此承包模式存在的问题,以及国内相关单位尽快适应这种承包模式的建议。

By comparing the traditional contract mode ＂ABB＂ and a new contract mode ＂design-build＂, and combining with some existed disadvantages of traditional modes, this paper analyses the advantages of ＂designbuild＂ contraet and application problems, and gives some suggestions for related companies to adapt this contraet mode as soon as possible.
