关于我国煤中氟燃烧排放限值与标准 被引量:2

摘要 通过大样本测试与统计,得到了我国煤中氟含量的分布特征;通过典型电站锅炉、工业锅炉和流化床锅炉的煤、飞灰、底灰样品的采样测定,提出了煤中氟在燃烧产物中的总量分配模式,得到我国不同炉型燃煤氟排放基本特征;比照大气污染物综合排放标准和工业窑炉大气污染物排放标准的规定,初步得到了我国燃煤氟化物排放限值和超标煤种的比例。结果表明:比照大气污染物综合排放标准(GB16297-1996)和工业窑炉大气污染物排放标准(GB9078-1996)中对氟化物排放限值的规定,我国煤在各种燃烧设备的燃烧过程中,大部分煤种的氟含量是超标的,若在燃烧过程中不采取相应措施,将会对环境造成一定程度的大气氟污染。 On the basis of samples measurement and statistics technique, the paper obtains the distribution characteristics of fluorine in China coals, presents the distribution pattern of fluorine in coal, flying ash, bottom ash and flue gas, and gains the basic emission characteristics of fluorine in different types of furnace such as electric power plant boiler, industrial boiler and the fluized bed boiler during coal combustion. Reference to China national standards GB16297 - 1996 and GB9078 - 1996, the paper obtains the limitation quantity of fluorine contents and proportion that fluorine content exceed the limit in Chinese coals during coal combustion in different types of furnace. Experimental results indicated that the fluorine content for greater part Chinese coals exceed the China national standards GB16297 - 1996 and GB9078 - 1996 during coal combustion process in different types combustion equipment, if we dont take appropriate measures, it will cause the atmosphere fluorine pollution for a certain content.
