情景模拟教学与管理人才培养研究

The research of simulated teaching method in management student training

管理人才是当前人才需求的重要部分。高校在管理人才的培养中,如何适应社会需要,培养出既具有扎实的理论功底又具有实践能力的学生,成为了管理类课程教学的紧迫任务。情景模拟教学法是管理课程教学中实践教学方式的一种新形式。通过此教学方法,能达到理论与实践的结合、教与学互动的结合和素质教育与社会需要结合的目的,对当前管理课程的教学具有重要的实践意义。

Management graduate student is currently an important part of the demand of our society. Universities play main roles in the training of management student.They shoud focus on how to adapt to the needs of the community ,how to develop student on both of theoretical foundation and practical ability.It becomes an urgent task in management courses teaching. Simulation teaching methed is a new form of management courses .It＇s one of the practice teaching methods. Through this teaching method, we can achieve the theory and practice of joint, the joint interactive teaching and learning and quality education and social needs .This method of management courses teaching has important practical significance.
