牡丹江市夏季四种雀形目鸟体内铅和镉的残留测定 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,测定了牡丹江工业区和绿化区内[树]麻雀、白鹊鸰、大苇莺、红尾伯劳4种雀形目鸟类夏季心脏、胸肌、肝脏、初级飞羽4种组织内铅和镉2种金属元素的残留量。研究表明,4种雀形目鸟中,铅和镉的残留量最高的组织均为初级飞羽,且不同物种间存在种间差异。工业区和绿化区之间4种鸟体内铅和镉的残留量大多存在显著(P<0.05)或极为显著(P<0.01)的差异,且工业区比绿化区略高。4种雀形目鸟的初级飞羽和心脏、胸肌、肝脏3个组织之间,铅和镉的残留量均存在明显的正相关。 Residual quantities of two metal dements, Pb and Cd, in 4 kinds of tissues ( heart, chest muscle, liver and primary remiges) of 4 species of passerines : Eurasian tree sparrow (Passer montanus), Grey Wagtail (Motacilla alba), Great reed-warbler ( Acrocephalus aruadinaceus ) and brown shrike (Lanis cristatus ) in industrial areas and grasslands in Mudanjiang in summer were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectnmetry (GFAAS) .Results showed that in 4 species, Pb and Cd residues were highest in primary remiges and were different in different species; differences in residual quantifies in industrial areas and grasslands were significant ( P 〈 0.05) or very significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), higher in industrial area than in grasslands; significant positive correlations existed in primaries and other three tissues.
