以2003年破获的中国特大象牙走私案为例,全面探讨了引发象牙走私的各个因素,指出了管理上的漏洞、弊病,并提出了相关的建议,对中国在目前所处的国际、国内社会环境条件下如何有效监控国内象牙市场不乏有益的警示。
Factors causing occurrence of the ivory smuggle in China and defects in the management system were discussed, taking the biggest ivory smuggle case in 2003 as an example and relative suggestions were proposed as some advice, beneficial to effective control of ivory market in present situation of the market in international conditions and conditions in our country.
