摘要
采用模糊数学方法,分析水资源价格的影响因素,确定黄河兰州段水资源价值的评价指标,计算兰州市水资源价值,得出水资源价格,为兰州市水价改革和水资源保护提供政策依据。
Useing the fuzzy mathematicsmethod, the influence iactors of water resources price were analyzed, the appraisal indexes of water resources value in Yellow River Lanzhou section were determined, the water resources value of Lanzhou City was calculated, the water resources price was obtained, at the same while, the policy basis for the Lanzhou city sailor reform and the water resources protection was provided.
