菜籽油脱臭馏出物中提取VE的研究进展

Study on Tocopherols Extraction from Deodorizer Distillate of Rapeseed Oil

油脂脱臭馏出物是油脂精炼过程中最后过程的副产物。脱臭馏出物主要成分为游离脂肪酸、生育酚、植物甾醇、甘油酯、碳氢化合物、水以及其他物质。脱臭馏出物中的生育酚可以作为提取VE的原料。据文献报道,目前提取生育酚的方法主要有溶剂萃取、化学处理、分子蒸馏和超临界萃取;生育酚的检测方法主要有高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法。

Deodorizer distillate, produced during the last processing step of edible oil refinement, is a mixture of tocopherols, sterols, fatty acids, glycerides, hydrocarbons, water and other materials. The amount of tocopherols in deodorizer distillate is large enough to be considered as raw material for vitamin E preparation. Studies on the recovery of tocopherols from deodorizer distillate using solvent extraction, chemical treatment, molecular distillation, supercritical fluid extraction （SFE） have been reported in the literature.
