综述了国内对外大豆异黄酮的研究概况,内容主要包括大豆异黄酮的化学结构、理化性质、生理功能及其在工业中的应用前景。
The study survey of soybean isoflavone at home and abroad in recent years are summed up in the following four aspects： structure, physical and chemical quality, physiological function, and its applications in the industry.
