胃癌淋巴结清扫术中前哨淋巴结检测及意义

Detection of Sentinel Lymph Node for Eradicating Stomach Neoplasms and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨胃癌前哨淋巴结定位活检对手术的指导意义。方法114例胃癌清扫术患者行术中前哨淋巴结定位活检,并予以行第二站以上的淋巴结清扫术,对结果进行分析。结果胃癌前哨淋巴结检出率为97.37%,预测区域淋巴结转移准确率为92.06%,敏感性为95.03%。结论对早期胃癌行术中前哨淋巴结定位活检有助于确定适当的清扫范围。

Objective To discuss the sentinel lymph node localization biopsy in early and advanced stomach neoplasms to surgery＇s guiding sense. Methods 114 patients underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy. The detection of sentinal lymph nodes was checked by injection of methylene blue into tumor. Results Total success rate 97, 37%, accurate prediction rate of nodal metastatic status 92.06 %, and sensitivity 95.03%. Conlusion Sentinel lymph node biopsy is useful in early and advanced stomach neoplasms.
