摘要 水资源承载力是度量水资源安全的一个重要手段,是探讨用水对策的重要依据。根据城市水资源系统的特点,在考虑生产、生活、生态多个目标和区域协调发展的基础上建立水资源优化配置的模型;在水资源优化配置的基础上以灰色理论为基础,建立城市水资源承载力的评价指标和评价标准,运用极大熵原理求解并与灰色聚类方法进行对比。分析了武汉市中心城区水资源承载力的基本状况,进而为城市水资源的合理开发利用和保护提供依据。 Water resources carrying capacity is a crucial way to measure water security, and is the important basis of discussing water use countermeasure. According to characteristics of urban water resources system, a optimal allocation modal of water resources is built considering coordinated development among multi-objective and regions such as the production, living and ecology. Taking gray theory as the basis, we create evaluating indicator and criterion of urban water resource carrying capacity and apply maximum entropy principle to find the solution. Also we carry out contrast with gray clustering method. Consequently, this paper indicates the situation of water resource carrying capacity of Wuhan and provides a basis for development and utilization of urban water resources and water resource protection.
