摘要
为了探讨塑性混凝土抗拉强度的影响因素,采用劈拉试验方法测得塑性混凝土的抗拉强度,在大量试验的基础上,对各组成材料对塑性混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的影响进行了详细的分析,得出各因素对塑性混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律。研究结果表明,减小水胶比及粘土和膨润土的用量,增加水泥用量,适当掺加粉煤灰和外加剂,可提高塑性混凝土的抗拉强度。
In order to discuss the influencing factors of shear strength of plastic concrete, adopting the test of splitting tension, the tensile strength of plastic concrete was measured. On the basis of plenty of experiments, this paper analyses the influencing factors of tensile strength of plastic concrete in detail aiming at the raw materials of plastic concrete and the influencing rule of each factor on tensile strength was drawn. The results indicate that less dosage of water, clay, bentonite and larger dosage of cement, and mixing coal ash and admixture can increase tensile strength of plastic concrete.
