摘要
目的研究瘦素和瘦素受体在肺癌组织中的表达。方法采用免疫组化染色法检测60例肺癌组织及30例肺良性病变组织中瘦素和瘦素受体的表达,并比较在这两种不同病变中表达的差异,分析该表达与肺癌临床病理组织学之间的关系。结果30例肺良性病变标本中瘦素及瘦素受体的表达率分别为33.3%(10/30)和30.0%(9/30)。60例肺癌组织标本中瘦素和瘦素受体的表达率分别为73.3%(44/60)和71.7%(43/60),明显高于良性病变组(P<0.01);并且其表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关。结论瘦素及其受体在肺癌组织中高表达,可能参与肺癌的发生过程。
Objective To study the expression of leptin and leptin receptor in lung carcinoma. Methods The expression of leptin and leptin receptor protein was detected in 60 cases of pulmonary malignant tumor tissues and 30 cases of pulmonary benign lesion tissues by immunohistochemistry. The different expression between pulmonary benign lesion and pulmonary malignant tumors was compared. The correlation between their expression and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed as well. Results The expression rates of leptin and leptin receptor in pulmonary benign lesion were 33.3% (10/30) and 30.0% (9/30) while the rates in lung carcinoma were 73.3% (44/60) and 71.7% (43/60), respectively, which was associated with metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion Leptin and leptin receptor were expressed highly in lung carcinoma, which may participate in the process of lung cancer development.
