摘要
目的探讨有机锗多糖及高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)对艾滋病患者辅助受体CCR5/CXCR4及免疫功能的影响。方法40例艾滋病患者随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组予HAART,治疗组在HAART基础上,另加用有机锗多糖,疗程6个月。观察患者辅助受体CCR5/CXCR4的表达情况,以及与外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)病毒载量的相关性。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组外周血CD8+CCR5+及CD4+CXCR4+T细胞明显高于治疗前(t=2.40,8.53,P<0.05);治疗组CD4+CXCR4+T细胞上升较对照组更明显(P<0.01),CD4+T细胞升高更显著(P<0.01)。结论有机锗多糖治疗可降低艾滋病患者T细胞部分激活亚群的表达,对艾滋病病毒有一定抑制作用,对艾滋病后的免疫重建有支持作用。
Objective To study the effects of organic-Ge-polyhexose and HAART on the coreceptor CCR5 and CXCR4 expression of peripheral blood T lymphocyte and the immunity in AIDS patients. Methods Fourty AIDS patents were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group with 20 cases each. Both groups were treated with HAART, and in addition, the therapeutic group was administered organic-Ge-polyhexose within 6 months. The coreceptor CCR5 and CXCR4 expression of peripheral blood T lymphocyte and CD4^+ T count were studied. Results After undergoing for 6 months, the coreceptor CCR5^+ expression on CD8^+ T lymphocyte and CXCR4^+ expression on CD4^+ T lymphocyte in therapeutic group were higher than those before pretreatment (P〈0.05). The coreceptor CXCR4^+ expression on CD4^+ T lymphocyte in therapeutic group was detected more than that in control group(P〈0.01) and CD4^+ T cell rose obviously (P〈0.01). Conclusion Organic-Ge-polyhexose can lower the expression of active T-lymphocyte subset, inhibit HIV and be helpful to immune reconstitution.
