三维B-TFE肾动脉血管成像的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨B-TFE序列肾动脉磁共振血管成像技术的应用价值。方法随机选择45例病人,行B-TFE序列肾动脉MRA检查;计算图像对比信噪比,并由资深影像医师对图像进行评价和分析。结果B-FFE序列肾动脉成像技术能够获得肾动脉的三维图像,图像分辨力较高,而且具有较高的信噪比。45例病人显示肾动脉97支,主肾动脉90支,副肾动脉7支。对比噪声比(CNR)>50的有86支,占显示所有肾动脉的88.66%,图像质量达Ⅲ级以上的有87支,占所有图像的89.69%。结论B-TFE序列肾动脉成像技术可以清晰显示肾动脉,是临床MR肾动脉成像较好的方法之一。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the balanced turbo field ecbo(B-TFE) sequence to perform renal arteries magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods Fourty-five patients underwent MR angiography with B-TFE technique and the results were analyzed. Results Renal MRA with B-TFE accurately depicted the status of renal arteries in all cases with high contrastto-noise ratios (CNR) and fine quality. Conclusion Multislab balanced turbo field-ecbo imaging is a valuable MRA technique for depicting normal and diseased renal arteries.
