摘要
The current situations are: 1. the growth rate of bilateral trade tends to stability; 2. Fujian has a favarable trade; 3. trade and investment are mutually promote; 4. In Fujian export structure, the manufacture products have taken over the primary products as leading position; 5. the transit function of HongKong is increasingly Obviour.There are three advantages for Fujian and HongKong to further develop mutual economic cooperation: 1. the change of world pattern are favorable to this cooperation; 2. the return of HongKong pours into new vigour to this cooperation; 3. the requirments of economic transition is still the important motive forces to this cooperation.But at the same time there are also many challenges. Some are outside, some are inside. but the main restrictive factors for the cooperation are Fujian itself, such as the lag of infrastructure, the lost of cost advantage, and so on.
