摘要 目的:探讨血浆内皮素(ET)在脑血管痉挛(CVS)过程中的变化及其意义。方法:实验动物分为对照组与模型组,采用枕大池二次注血法建立脑血管痉挛动物模型,血管造影观察基底动脉痉挛,通过放射免疫法测定血浆ET。结果:模型组中血浆ET含量明显升高,第5d达峰值;3、5d组与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆ET可能是引起蛛网膜下隙出血后CVS的一个重要因素,且其水平与CVS的严重程度呈正相关。 Objective: To investigate the change of endothelin(ET)in the process of cerebral vasospasm(CVS), and to evaluate its significance. Methods: The subjects were divided into the control group and the CVS group. "Two- hem- orrhage" method was used to establish the rabbit model, the angiography was performed to observe the cerebral vasospasm of the basilar artery and the ET level was determined with radioimmunoassay. Results: In the CVS group, the ET level in the blood plasma was increased, and reached peak in the day 5 group. The difference was significant( P 〈 0.05)in the day 3 and the day 5 groups compared with the control group. Conclusion: ET may be one main cause which makes CVS after SAIl , and there is a positive correlation between the ET level and the CVS.
