Thoughts on Enhancing the Efficiency of Using Resources in Qinghai

青海是资源型省份,有丰富的土地、矿产、生物、水电等资源,对国家资源安全负有较大责任,但长期以来,由于观念、政策和生产方式等方面的原因,资源利用率很低、浪费严重。为尽快改变这种状况,建设节约型社会,应以科学发展观为指导,依靠科技和制度创新,从根本上转变经济发展方式,合理利用资源,提高资源利用效率。

Qinghai is a resources type province, with abundant resources such as land, mineral, living creature, water electricity etc, and it have great responsibility to national resources safety. But for long time, because of the reason of the idea, policy and mode of production etc, the using efficiency of resources is very low and the waste is very serious. In order to change this kind of condition as soon as possible, construct an economical society, we need to take scientifical development view as instruction, depend on science and technology and system innovation, change the economy growth method from the root, make reasonable use of resources, heighten the efficiency of using resources.
