A Dynamic Exploration on the Strueture of light and Heavy Industries

本文对轻重工业结构比例的问题进行了一些理论上的探索，并提出了供需波动的假设，以此来对轻重工业结构变动的机制给予理论上的解释。供需波动假说强调轻重工业结构比例的变动基于需求供应的变动，因此，轻重工业结构的合理性便决定于对需求的恰好满足，为了保证论述的全面性，本文分别对轻重工业结构处于自由经济和非自由经济下合理及不合理时的变动机制及过程以供需波动的假说进行了研究。本文最后在研究开放经济时，对本假设作了补充。

In this article, we discuss the ratio of light industry and heavy industry in theory. In order to explain the mechanism of the shift of light and heavy industry structure in theory, we come up with the hypothesisthe wave of demand nad supply, which says that the shift of demand and supply cause the change of the ratio of light and heavy industry. The reasonable ratio of light and heavy industry is the proper meet to demand. In order to be sure of the comprehension, the article discussed the mechanism and the procession of reasonable and unreasonable shift in free economic and nonfree economic on the bae of the hypothesis. At last, we add the research under the condition of opening economic to the hypothesis.
