Detection of Sterilizing Quaility About Medical Institution in Shaoguan

目的了解我市各级医疗机构消毒现状。方法对医院及部分诊所的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌、一次性医疗用品及紫外线进行消毒效果监测。结果样品总合格率为81.73%,其中:室内空气样品监测合格率最低(47.31%)。各级医疗机构监测总合格率依次为:市级医院84.76%、县(区)级医院91.02%、乡镇级医院81.97%、其他医院81.78%、个体医院68.04%,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01)。结论我市医疗机构消毒质量仍存在不同程度的问题,基层医疗机构卫生设施普遍较为落后,人员的消毒知识有待提高。

Objective To understand sterihzing actuality about several medical institution in shaoguan. Methods Detecting room air, substantial surface, doctor - hands, using sterilizing liquid, press - steaming sterilization, one - off medical things and sterilizing effect of ultraviolet radiation. Results the total eligibility rates of specimen were 81. 73 %, the detecting ehgibihty rate of room air specimen was the lowest （47.31%） . the total eligibility rates of several medical institution were that the city hospital was 84. 76%, the county （region） hospital was 91.02%, the countryside hospital was 81.97%, the else hospital was 81.78%, the individual hospital was 68.04%, respeetivlly. Their difference was significantly （p 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The sterilizing quality of medical institution in shaoguan were still different problems, the sanitary establishments of medical institution in grass roots were general laggarder, the sterilizing knowledges of people were under impoving.
