活络镇痛片质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard of Huoluo Zhentong tablets

[目的]建立活络镇痛片质量标准。[方法]采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中当归、白芷、防风进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。资生堂MGC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;检测波长248nm;流速1mL/min;以甲醇-水(63∶37)为流动相。[结果]在TLC色谱中,均能检出当归、白芷、防风;欧前胡素在0.224～5.6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.7%。[结论]该方法简单、准确、专属性强,可作为活络镇痛片质量控制方法。

[Objective] To establish the quality standard of Huoluo Zhentong tablets which was composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviae etc. [Methods] Using TLC to identify Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviae; Using HPLC to quantitate the imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae. [Result] Radix Angelicae Sinensis ,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Radix Saposhnikoviae could be easily examined by TLC. Imperatorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.224-5.6 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 100.7%. [Conclusion] The method is accurate and specific. It can be used for qualitative of Huoluo Zhentong tablets.
