复合材料层合板低速冲击响应的有限元分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对低速冲击作用下的复合材料层合板,采用冲击接触定律、失效准则和材料性能退化技术,建立了冲击的三维有限元模型。利用所建的模型对层合板的冲击过程进行分析,并将有限元分析结果和试验结果进行了比较,验证了本文所建模型的正确性,同时分析了层合板在不同冲击速度时的响应。 To analyze the response of composite laminated plate under low-velocity impact, a finite element analysis model is established. The failure criterion of composite materials is adopted to computer different impact damage models, including fiber breakage, matrix failure and delamination, and then the stiffness degradation is used to model the failure of composite material. By compared the computed results with the test date, we can confirm that finite element analysis model is effective to analyze composite laminated plate under low-velocity impact. The author has analyzed the response of plate under the impact of cross-head with different velocities and obtained some valuable conclusions.
