摘要
以我国各省市自治区为样本，利用1994-2005年统计数据，首先建立R＆D动态面板数据模型及介绍GMM思想，接下来建立了R＆D存量的测算模型，测算各地区R＆D存量，并利用各地区数据组织面板数据，测度R＆D的产出弹性。同时，为了评价模型，对最终结果进行诊断，结果表明R＆D的产出弹性显著。
In this paper, we measure R＆D stock by statistic data in 1994-2005 of province and municipality, at first we construe dynamic panel data of R＆D and introduce idea of GMM, and construe a model of measure R＆D stock, and analyze the data, finally measure the output elasticity of R＆D by dynamic panel data model. At the same time, we diagnose the finally result in order to evaluate the model, it is significant of output elasticity of R＆D.
