摘要
循证医学的核心思想是在医疗决策中将临床证据、个人经验与患者的实际情况和意愿三者相结合。它是适应合理运用卫生资源、应对信息化时代挑战以及人文主义回归的要求应运而生。循证医学模式取代传统的经验医学模式是临床教育发展的必然趋势。它给临床教育的发展提供了极有价值的启示,即应当建立人本的、可持续发展的、最优化的临床教育。
The core of evidence-based medicine is to connect the clinical evidence, personal experience and the fact of the patient in clinical decision-making. Evidence-based medicine results from the need of perfect using medical resources, dealing with challenges of informational age and returning of humanism. Its enlightenment to clinical education is that we should build humanitarian sustainable and optimum clinical education.
