本文通过对美国海外护士资格考试(由美国外国护理学校毕业生委员会组织的考试)试题分析[1],结合我校护理教育改革的实践,对整体护理新模式的引入与发展进行了探讨,旨在提高我国护理人才的培养质量。

Based on the analysis of foreign nurses qualifying test by Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools（ CGFNS test） and achievements in the reform of nursing training in The Second Military Medical University, the paper explored the introduction and development of the new nursing model for improving the quality of nurses.
