摘要
该文从生鲜肉和肉制品两个方面简要概括了中国肉品的安全问题,并介绍了不同安全问题及其对人类健康的危害。
The safety problems of meat from fresh meat and meat product were summarized in this paper. Different safety problems and their hazards to people health were introduced.
