哈尼梯田水文化及其保护初步研究

Preliminary Study on Hani Terraced-Field Water Culture and Its Protection

作为哈尼族人世代所依的哈尼梯田,研究其所蕴含的水文化,对它的保护与发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。经过实地调查、访谈和文献查阅,将哈尼梯田水文化归纳为:水资源高效利用、水资源保护意识和科学合理的灌区规划与管理;针对目前哈尼梯田存在的水土流失、来水减少而灌溉水量不足、梯田崩塌、水文化面临破坏等问题,初步提出了要合理确定和调整哈尼梯田区林-寨-田的结构和面积、充分论证和研究梯田灌区建设对梯田水文化的影响、加大力度系统研究哈尼梯田文化区所蕴含的民族水文化的保护策略。

Hani terraced fields provide the necessary food for the Hani people generation by generation,so research on the water culture has great significance for the protection and development of the Hani terraced fields.After field investigating interviewing and literature reviewing,this paper comes to a conclusion of the Hani terraced fields water culture as high-efficiency utilization of the water resources,the awareness of protection of water resources and reasonable-programming and management of the irrigation district.Besides,aiming at the problems existing in Hani terraced fields at present,such as soil and water erosion,lack of irrigation water due to decrease in inflow, landslides and water culture dying out,this paper primarily puts forward that it is necessary to determine and adjust the Hani forest-village-crop growing pattern and area through demonstration and study on the impacts of terraced-field irrigation district construction on the water culture,and systematic study on the strategies of protecting the nation water culture related to Hani terraced fields.
