摘要
应用物元理论,以河道质量评判为例讨论了物元集合的建立、等级关联度的确定等关键技术问题,建立了河道质量综合评判的物元模型,并将河道质量综合评判物元模型与GIS技术先进的图形处理和空间分析功能相结合,以原始数据为基础,对东台市头灶镇主要河道质量进行了评价,同时利用GIS可视化技术将评判结果直观地显示给用户。评价结果显示主要河道的总体评价级别多为3级,占河道总数的60%,与实际情况相吻合,也验证了该系统的可靠性。河道疏浚规划管理部门可依据此评价结果,作为河道疏浚规划的决策依据。
In this paper,some key technical problems such as matter-element set building,grade correlation degree calculating are discussed with the example of river quality using matter-element theory,and the Matter-Element model for the comprehensive evaluation of river quality is established.Through using the matter-element comprehensive appraisal model and the advanced GIS technology in image processing and space-analysis,an appraisal of the quality of main rivers in Touzhao Township,Dongtai City based on the original data,and the result of appraisal is displayed visually to the users using the GIS visualization technique.The result of appraisal shows that the most main rivers are at the 3rd level,i.e.,60% of the total number of rivers,which is in accordance with the fact,thus the reliability of the system is verified.The management agencies can river dredging policy based on the appraisal result.
