改革开放后北京市经济增长若干问题研究

Empirical Analysis of Beijing Economic Growth

本文分析了改革开放后北京市经济增长周期、增长源泉和增长质量等问题。结果表明,自1978年以来,北京市经济增长大致经历四个周期,经济增长主要依赖于要素投入的增加,全要素生产率增长率有待于进一步提高。本文还分析了储蓄—投入转化、产业结构调整、财政支出和制度变化等因素的"典型事实"及其对经济增长的影响。

Some economic problems such as economic growth cycles, the growth sources and quality of growth about Beijing are analyzed in this paper. The results indicate that since 1978 Beijing economy has grown approximately for four cycles, the economic growth is pushed by the increase of factor investment. TFP should be improved in future. This article also analyzes the relationships between deposit- investment, the industrial structure adjustment, the fiscal expenditure and the institution change with the economic growth.
