社会转型时期地方工科院校教师精神状况分析

Study of Mental Status of Local Engineering Schools′ Teacher during Society Transformation Period

采用SCL-90量表对149名地方工科院校的教师进行抽样调查，从被试的测量数据统计来看，高校教师整体的精神属于亚健康状况，处于危险的边缘，而且以女性教师、年龄在34～49岁的教师、讲师职称的教师、具有博士学位的教师、文科科目的教师的心理问题比较突出．因此，关注高校教师的精神状况，采取有效措施提高教师的健康水平刻不容缓．

The author has adopted SCL-90 meters to test 149 teachers from the local universities of engineering. According to the statistics, the overall mental statuses of those teachers belong to the sub-health condition, which is on dangerous ground. This is more serious in those female teachers who are aged from 34 to 49 with a lecturer academic title, or a doctor degree, or teaching literature subjects. Therefore, paying attention to university teachers＇ mental status and taking effective methods to improve their health is urgent.
