摘要
提出了基于UG的三维参数化标准件库的建立思路和方法,并根据各种标准件的结构特点,采用参数化建模方法,创建了标准件的模板零件模型,设计了用户界面和应用程序,开发了一套较完整的三维参数化标准件库,一共有226种零件.
In mechanical products, about 30%-70% of parts are standard or general parts. Standardizing parts and subassemblies is an effective way to improve the product quality and reduce the development time during modern product design process. By using standard parts widely, further developing standard parts lib can benefit product design greatly. But in many 3D software used in many companies, there are not such libs. So it is necessary to develop 3D standard parts lib by using second development toolkits. Approaches to building 3D standard parts lib based on UG are presented. Models of template parts are built by using parametric modeling method based on structure features of different standard parts. User inter-face and application program are designed, and a series of nearly complete standard parts lib with 226 parts is built.
