Balance of the Old and New in the City Planning──Conception Design of Traditional Residence of Hanko Wuhan

以汉口老城区的近代里分为调研对象,将里分的建造年代分为初期创建阶段、规模扩建阶段、成熟创新阶段,分析其建造的背景、建设的特点以及存在的问题;提出针对汉口近代里分概念设计需要解决的采光、空间利用、房屋设施等问题,和需要保留的建筑风格、社会网络、城市肌理等元素,以上海新天地的改造为参考,提出了汉口近代里分概念设计的原则及具体内容.

Based on the cases in modern Lifen residence of Wuhan old urban residential, this paper firstly classifies the Lifen residence into three stages of initial establishing, scale expanding and mature innovation according to the constructing period. Then it analyzes their fabricative background, characteristics and existing problems and presents the problems such as lighting, space utilizing, inner establishment, etc. , which are the key to the design conception of these Lifen residence. Thirdly, it puts forward the architecture style, social network, city texture and other relative factors that should be preserved in the design. Finally, it refers to Shanghai Urban Reconstruction Program and advances the principle and details of the Conception Design of modern Lifen residence of Wuhan.
