豫北地区防震减灾科普教育基地的建设与开发

Construction and development of education base of popular science on earthquake disaster prevention and reduction in north Henan Province

介绍了豫北地区防震减灾科普基地的建设与开发，通过调研，规划、设计了符合该省要求的防震减灾科普教育馆及形式多样的地震科普宣传方案，制定了“河南省防震减灾科普教育基地申报和认定管理办法”，配合豫北地区完成了安阳、焦作以及南阳的地震科普教育基地建设与开发。安阳、焦作、南阳的地震科普教育基地均被认定为“省级防震减灾科普教育基地”，而其中南阳和焦作的还被认定为“国家级防震减灾科普教育基地”。科普教育基地的建成，使该地区科普知识的宣传得到了广泛的开展，真正地提高了全民防震减灾意识，达到了减轻地震灾害的目的。

This paper introduced construction and development of popular science education base for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in the north Henan Province. Based on investigation and research, the popular science education hall of Henan Province on earthguake prerention and disaster reduction was designed, various schemes for earthguake science education propaganda were planned and the＂ Administrative Rules and Regulations about Declaration and Identification of Popular Science Education Base in Henan Province＂was drawn up. Cooperating with Anyang, Jiaozuo and Nanyang regions, the construction and development of their popular earthguake science education bases were completed. These bases were identified as the corresponding base in provincial level and the bases in Nanyang and Jiaozuo regions were identified as the base in National level. The construction of popular science education base promotes extensive development of popular science knowledge propaganda, enhances the whole people＇s awareness of earthguake disaster prevention and reduction. Meanwhile, our study also cooperated with Anyang, Jiaozuo and Nanyang to have constructed the popular science of earthquake prevention and diminishable disaster education base . And , Nanyang, Jiaozuo were confirmed to be country popular science earthquake prevention and diminishable disaster education base of them. Popular science education bases which were constucted are favor of publicity of popular science, and really raising the conscious of preventing earthquake and reducing disaster of the entire people and accomplishing the aim of reduction the earthquake disaster.
