“经典30部”与20世纪台湾文学的曲折经典路

"Classic 30" and the Tortuous Way to Classics of Taiwan Literature in the 20th Century

对一国或一地区的文学实绩作评价可从某一时期的代表作品入手分析。"经典"作为文学史浓缩之精华应当最能代表当时当地的文学水准。上个世纪末台湾文学界曾评选出三十部"台湾文学经典",其中包括多部当年发表时就引发议论的作品。将这三十部"经典之作"放置在一起加以观照,不仅能够从中看出过去的一百年里台湾文学生态的多样性,更可以把握台湾作家对于自我文学身份界定的矛盾心理,以及认识台湾文学未来发展链条上其他有待解决的问题。

The evaluation for the literature of one country or region can be carried out by the analysis of the representative literary works of certain period. “Classic” is the essence condensed in the history of literature, and can best represent the level of literary creation. At the end of last century, 30 literary works were selected as“Taiwan Literary Classics,” among which there were works that caused controversy when published. Taking the 30 classics as a whole, the variety of literary ecology in the last 100 years of Taiwan can be found, the psychological contradictory of Taiwan writers when they defined their own identity can be seen, and the unsolved problems in the development of Taiwan literature can be understood.
