大学英语翻译教学策略探讨

On the Pedagogic Strategies of Teaching Translation in College English Courses

目前大学英语教学中翻译没有得到应有的重视,是被忽视的一门课程。本文就大学英语教学中翻译的现状,翻译的地位及翻译教学被忽视的原因进行分析,并根据目前大学英语教学的实践情况,指出了加强翻译教学的必要性,提出了一些应加强翻译教学的措施。

In the teaching of college English, emphasis on translation course is so inadequate that it has been easily overlooked. This paper discusses the realities, importance of translation course and the fact that the teaching of translation has been easily overlooked. This paper also points out the necessity to improve the teaching of translation from the perspective of current situation of college English education and put forth some measures of improvement.
