煤炭是我国主体能源的重要物资基础。但是,煤炭资源现状不容乐观,勘探程度低、经济可采储量和人均占有量少,资源浪费严重,生态环境和水资源严重制约着煤炭资源的开发,必须科学地、客观地认识煤炭资源优势和资源现状,合理开发和利用煤炭资源。

As an important part of our country＇s main sources of energy, coal current situation isn＇t optimistic due to low degree of exploration, few recoverable reserves and per capita amount, serious waste of resources, influence of ecological environment and water resources. It is necessary to know the advantages of coal resources and its current situation for rational exploration and use of coal resource.
