摘要
为了正确反映顺德区今后的人才发展趋势,选取1996～2006年顺德区人才统计数据资料,运用数学模型对佛山市顺德区2008～2010年的人才需求总量﹑人才密度及人才质量进行预测,给出了统计分析方法及预测结果。
In order to describe correctly the future trend of Shunde talent development, talent statistical data between 1996 and 2006 are selected, the talent demand amount, talent density and talent quality in Shunde District of Foshan City from 2008 to 2010 are predicted by means of mathematical model, the statistical analysis method and prediction resuls are provided.
