有源液池内自然对流与冷却盘管内强制对流的耦合传热

摘要 建立了含内热源的液池内自然对流与冷却盘管内强制对流耦合传热的三维物理、数学模型,进行了相应的数值模拟计算。分别对不同内热源强度,不同冷却流体流量下液池内流体温度场以及液池与盘管内溶液换热系数进行了分析,得出换热系数随内热源强度和冷却流体流量的变化曲线,并与实验值进行了比较。结果表明盘管冷却传热模型能够较好的反映液池内的换热。 Three-dimensional physical and mathematical models for the coupled heat transfer of natural convection in a liquid pool with heat source and forced convection in coding coil tube are established. Related numerical simulation is performed to analyze liquid temperature field in the liquid pool and heat transfer coefficient of liquid in the pool and in coil tube with different flow rate of cooling liquid. Variation curves of heat transfer coefficient with the strength of inner source and flow rate of cooling liquid are obtained, the comparison of which with experimental data shows that the heat transfer model of coil cooling can represent the heat transfer of liquid pool.
