摘要
目的探讨机械通气在重症支气管哮喘的治疗作用。方法42例重症支气管哮喘患者进行控制性低通气及内科综合治疗,监测其治疗前、治疗后6h的血气及气道内压变化。结果2例患者因呼吸心跳停止抢救无效死亡,40例患者治愈出院。治疗后6h二氧化碳分压及气道峰压值均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),氧分压较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01)。结论重症支气管哮喘早期采用控制性低通气治疗是有效的。
[Objective] To study the treatment of mechanical ventilation to serious bronchial asthma, [Methods] 42 cases of serious bronchial asthma were cured by controlling low ventilation and comprehensive treatment. Arterial blood gas and inspiratory pressure were monitored 6 hours before curing and after curing. [Results] 2 patients died because of cardiopulmonary arrest, 40 patients were cured and discharged. PaCO2 and inspiratory pressure 6 hours after curing were improved （P 〈0.05）. PaO2 was obviously improved （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusions] Early controlling low ventilation treating serious bronchial asthma is effective.
