Urban Human Settlement Development of Dandong:Evaluation and Suggestion

随着城市人居环境质量评价框架体系研究的逐步深入、成熟,当前以大都市为模板建立起来的城市人居环境质量评价框架正在应用于国内各类城市的人居环境质量评价当中。中小城市的很多体系、制度的完备程度都远不如大都市,而针对大都市提出的城市人居环境评价体系就不能完全套用于中小城市的人居环境质量评价。因此,文章以中等城市同时也是我国最大边境城市——丹东市为例,研究制定了与其相适应的框架体系,然后对它的城市人居环境质量的发展状况进行评价,并针对评价结果提出一些建议,同时也对其它中小城市的人居环境建设提出了一些启示。

With the deepening study on evaluation of the urban human settlement, the assessment framework of urban human settlement of metropolitan has been applied to the evaluation of all kinds of cities in China. It is believed that urban human settlement evaluation system for metropolitans can not be applied fully to small cities. Because small cities have not related systems and institutions as complete as metropolitans. By taking Dandong which is the biggest border city as an example, a framework for urban human settlement development of medium cities was formulated. By such a framework, the urban settlement development of Dandong was evaluated. Some recommendations about human settlement environment construction to Dandong and other small and medium cities are accordingly proposed.
