64排螺旋CT与DSA在冠状动脉影像学诊断的评价

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT在心脏冠状动脉造影的临床应用价值。材料与方法:收集临床拟诊为冠心病患者1223例,行64螺旋排CT冠脉造影检查,并利用后处理功能重建冠脉,显示冠脉各主干及其分支,并对冠脉病变进行诊断262例患者的344支冠脉行选择性冠脉造影。结果:1223例行64排螺旋CT冠脉造影的患者显示344支冠脉有不同程度的狭窄。结论:64排螺旋CT对于诊断冠脉狭窄有较高的临床价值。 Purpose: To study the clinical application of 64 detector row CT (DRCT) in coronary artery. Materials and Methods: 1223 patients were performed 64 detector row CT in coronary artery, 344 of the 262 patients underwent selective coronary artery angiography. Resuits: The main branches and part of the subbranches of the coronary artery were clearly displayed. 1215 coronary artery branches of 860 patients were found stenosis. In 262 cases with conventional angiography, all main branches and parts o sub = branches of coronary artery were displayed clearly. Conclusion: 64 detector row CT have higher value when we diagnose coronary artery stenosis.
