实战技能是人民警察必须掌握的技能之一。公安院校办学应遵循教育规律,突出公安特色,在明确办学方向和培养目标的同时,加强教学改革,制定科学合理的计划,严把考核关,强化实战技能训练,努力为公安一线培养和输送政治坚定、业务精通、作风优良、执法公正的合格应用型人才。
