摘要
传统皂素生产工艺在皂素生产过程中,不仅造成了优质淀粉资源的巨大浪费,而且造成了环境污染及其所带来的高昂的污染治理费用.采用水洗淀粉法,从皂素生产的源头把淀粉从黄姜中分离出来,淀粉回收率约为46.3%;皂素收率提高1.1%,且降低了皂素废水的处理难度,末端废水COD从原来的33 615 mg/L降为12 285mg/L.该工艺简单、投资少.
The traditional production of saponin may waste a plenty of starch resources, but also cause environmental pollution which,in turn,demands a high cost of treatment. In contrast, the water-washed starch can separate itself from diosgenin so readily that the average recycling rate of starch is 46.3 %, the harvesting rate of diosgenin increased by 1.1%. Meanwhile the saponin wastewater treatment gets easy, and the COD of end wastewater declines from 33615mg/L to 12285mg/L.
