摘要
法律素质是大学生个体素质的重要组成部分。实证调研结果显示,大学生法律素质整体状况是好的,但是也存在着一些不足,主要表现为法律知识匮乏、法律意识淡薄、法律能力欠缺等。造成这些问题的原因是多方面的,其中社会原因、学校教育原因和家庭原因是外因,大学生自身原因是内因。
A study of college students＇ legal qualities, which are an important part of college students＇ overall qualities, is of great significance to the legal education and the overall development of college students. Through a survey, we have found that there still exist such weak points as inadequate legal knowledge, weak legal consciousness and abilities. The causes for these problems are various, which include social, educational and family causes as exterior ones as well as college students themselves as interior ones.
