摘要
通过对学习型组织的理解,结合当前的就业形势和就业工作队伍现状,提出在高校就业工作队伍中建立学习型组织。这有助于促进就业指导人员个人的成长和发展,促进就业工作的顺利开展,实现其生命价值和职业价值的内在统一。
With a better understanding of the learning-inclined organization and an analysis of the present employment situation and career guiding staff, this essay suggests establishing a learning-inclined organization among the career guiding staff in colleges and universities, which will improve the growth and development of career guiding personnel so that they will become more capable of doing their work to realize the integration of their life value into professional value.
