综合康复疗法对长期住院的精神分裂症患者的作用

Effects of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on patients with schizophrenia of long-term hospitalization

目的:探讨综合康复疗法对长期住院的精神分裂症患者的作用。方法:随机抽取我院普通病房和康复科长期住院的精神分裂症患者各36例,研究组(康复科患者)实行开放式管理,在常规治疗护理的基础上采用综合康复疗法进行治疗和护理;对照组(普通病房患者)实行封闭式管理。进行一般治疗和护理。采用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)对两组患者分别于入组时和一年后进行评定。结果:经康复训练一年后研究组患者的NOISE量表总分及社会能力、社会兴趣、个人卫生3个因子分明显高于入组时的分值,而激惹、精神病表现、退缩、抑郁4个因子分和BPRS总分则明显低于入组时的分值,与对照组比较:除抑郁因子外,NOSIE量表其余各因子分及总分和BPRS量表总分差异具有显著性(P<0.05)和非常显著性(P<0.01);另外,研究组除NOSIE量表中因子精神病表现外,其余各因子分及NOSIE量表总分和BPRS量表总分自身对照差异具有显著性(P<0.05)和非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:综合康复疗法对长期住院的精神分裂症患者的行为改变及社会功能的恢复具有很大的促进作用。

What is more, the scores of NOSIE and BPRS at beginning were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ） with those at one rears later except the score of. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment improve the changing of behave and the comeback of social competence,
