本研究主要观察了不同日粮锌水平对鸡肠粘膜结构和粘膜免疫相关细胞的形态、结构、细胞数量和分布变化的影响,以探讨日粮中锌对鸡肠道消化吸收和免疫屏障功能的动态影响。这将有助于阐明营养元素的吸收与免疫的相互关系,丰富营养免疫学理论等,具有重要的理论意义;而且对于生产实践中进一步合理利用微量元素以促进养禽业的发展,将提供重要的理论依据和指导,具有广阔的应用前景。
